La Academia acaba de publicar los listados de títulos elegibles en las categorías de Mejor Película de Animación, Mejor Película Documental y Mejor Película Internacional. En el apartado dedicado a las cintas de habla no inglesa se dan cita finalmente 88, algunas menos que en ediciones anteriores. Por el Oscar al Mejor Documental compiten 167 películas mientras que en la categoría de Animación se han registrado 33 entradas. Las listas de documentales y películas internacionales quedarán reducidas a 15 títulos el próximo 21 de diciembre.

Tres largometrajes españoles en el primer corte de Animación: "Robot Dreams", "Dispararon al Pianista" y "Unicorn Wars". Creo que solo "Robot Dreams" tiene alguna posibilidad real de estar entre las nominadas aunque, sinceramente, lo veo complicado. Es una pena porque la película es bastante bonita.

EliminarGracias oscar. Justo venía a comentarlo porque la he visto nominada a mejor documental en algún premio de la crítica y he dado por hecho que también estaría entre las candidatas a los Oscar. Aquí he podido confirmarlo.
EliminarTengo que decir que, sin haberla visto (solo el tráiler), pensaba que era una historia de ficción. De hecho, en los Goya presentaron candidatura como mejor película de animación, pero no como mejor documental.
